This introductory training provides a foundational overview of HUD’s Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS).

Participants will learn the purpose and key terminology of TRACS, who can access and use TRACS, how data flows between property management systems and HUD,  as well as the basics of reviewing and submitting certifications and vouchers to a Third-Party Contract Administrator and HUD.

Participants will also gain a basic understanding of how to identify and resolve TRACS errors and how to navigate TRACS’ Subsystems (Voucher/Tenant Queries in REAC).
