This training is a must for new and existing HUD Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) System users.  The 101 session provides a detailed overview of the EIV system and its purpose, utilization guidelines, why use of the system in its entirety is so important and how to demonstrate EIV compliance for Management Occupancy Reviews (MOR).  

Engaged participants should also leave with a sound understanding of system access requirements, how to appropriately safeguard EIV data, Master Binder maintenance best practices, as well as the schedule for running each EIV Report, interpreting report data and how to perform follow-up.
