Affiliate/Associate Member of the Year Award

On November 18, 2025 at the Annual NEAHMA Conference & Trade Show we presented the Member Company of the Year Award, Affiliate member of the Year Award, and the Associate Member of the Year Award.  These awards are in recognition of their commitment and contributions to the affordable housing industry and continued support to NEAHMA.

We are proud to recognize the outstanding individuals and organizations for their contributions to NEAHMA.
We extend our sincere appreciation to John Elliott, Kimberly Quint, and Ana Serrano for more than ten years of dedicated service as Board Members at Large, and to Ka-Ling Flynn for three years of exceptional service as our Affiliate Member Representative.

We also thank Peabody Properties for their ongoing support of NEAHMA and NAHMA’s initiatives, and Wingate Companies for generously sharing their expertise and enhancing the quality of NEAHMA’s training program on day 2 of our conference.
