Over 20% of adults aged 60 and over suffer from a mental or neurological disorder Furthermore\, as people age\, they are more likely to experience several conditions at the same time. As baby-boomers\, the largest aging population in U.S. history enter the affordable housing arena\, housing providers will need to be prepared to address and advocate on behalf of their residents living with mental health condition.
