Additionally\, we will discuss format requirements for MAT records and introduce MAT Header records. \n \nIn part two of our series\, we will discuss the different MAT record types in detail as well as review MAT error messages to teach users how to resolve TRACS errors. We will end part two with a discussion of MAT transmission protocols\, which includes a review of TRACS’ batch processing order. \n \nFinally\, in part three of our series we will discuss the Voucher and Tenant Queries available in TRACS’ Subsystems as well as provide a recommended TRACS monthly workflow for both users that transmit TRACS directly to HUD as well as users that transmit TRACS to a third party Contract Administrator.
