Based on green building principles and best practices set forth by the HUD Office of Affordable Preservation – OAHP\, these established guidelines are taught by a variety of OAHP approved organizations and trainers.\n \nThe course curriculum that was specifically developed by Scott Ployer\, CPM®\, MFE\, NAHP-e\, CGPM\, President & CEO of NPMSG\, LLC\, National Property Management Strategies Group\, LLC has been presented many times across the country since 2020.
