DESCRIPTION:Trainer:  Scott Ployer \nRegister Here  \nNAHMA\, the National Affordable Housing Management Association and NAAEI\, the National Apartment Association Education Institute offer the CGPM™\, Credential for Green Property Management to their members nationwide. Based on green building principles and best practices set forth by the HUD Office of Affordable Preservation – OAHP\, these established guidelines are taught by a variety of OAHP approved organizations and trainers.\n \nThe course curriculum that was specifically developed by Scott Ployer\, CPM®\, MFE\, NAHP-e\, CGPM\, President & CEO of NPMSG\, LLC\, National Property Management Strategies Group\, LLC has been presented many times across the country since 2020. Its content meets or exceeds the minimum requirements that are set forth by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
