SUMMARY:Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO)-Norwood\, MA
DESCRIPTION:  \nREGISTER HERE \nThe Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) course is a comprehensive program offered by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) for property management staff in affordable developments\, including LIHTC. It is the only occupancy course that covers the HUD 4350.3 Handbook in its entirety\, with specific handbook references cited in the margins of the course text. \nEach participant will receive a copy of the 4350.3 Handbook at this course. The two and a half day program is composed of occupancy focused instruction. Participants will receive a voucher from their hosting AHMA to take the CPO exam independently on their own at their home office\, or property. Students that successfully pass the exam will receive a CPO certificate and lapel pin. All CPOs will be listed in an online national certification directory. The CPO is a requirement for NAHMA’s National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP®) certification program. \n  \nIt is recommended that course attendees have a basic knowledge of the HUD 4350.3 Rev – 1 (change 4) Handbook prior to registration.   \nPlease bring a calculator\, highlighters and post it notes. \n  \nHOTEL INFORMATION: \nFour Points by Sheraton in Norwood\, MA \nHotel Room Block Rate-Standard Room: $165 per night \n  \nCall the hotel and say NEAHMA room block: (781) 769-7900
