Membership Categories

NEAHMA has two categories  of  membership:  Regular Member and Associate Member

Regular Member:

Any real property management company under contract approved by an authorized governmental agency and/or any ownership entity of individual owner of a government assisted housing project, at the time that application for membership is made, and dedicated to the purposes of this Corporation, shall be eligible for Regular Membership.  The principal officers or the designated person of the member company will be the representative at all meetings of the corporation.  Regular members shall be entitled to vote on any matter submitted to the membership.  Applications for membership are accepted upon approval of the Board.

Associate Member:

Any vendor, service provider, government agency or industry affiliate delivering products, services and/or working with any government assisted housing project and/or property management company, and meeting the criteria established by the Board of Directors, and dedicated to the purposes of this Corporation, shall be eligible for Associate Membership.  One director-at-large from this membership category may be designated to serve as a non-voting member of the board.

Associate Member Benefits

NEAHMA has two levels of Associate Membership:  Full and Basic.

Full Associate:  Service or professional organizations, or larger businesses, wanting a broader, year-round connection with NEAHMA's management member
